Roland's new HandSonic HPD-20 takes electronic tambourine to the next level. This unique and versatile instrument is ideal for musicians of all kinds, from percussion and drummers to EDM performers, Composers, as well as producers. Equipped with the acclaimed SuperNATURAL sound engine and powerful multi-effects, the HPD-20 provides 850 dynamic, expressive, ready-to-use sounds for you to use, or import your own sounds via a USB flash drive. The 13 percussion blocks provide ultra-responsive response and flexible control, allowing you to play built-in sounds and external MIDI instruments with incredible detail. HandSonic tambourines can also be paired with computer music applications, allowing you to play software virtual instruments, record MIDI and Audio performances on your DAW arrangement and recording software, and more. Its convenient pickup input lets you expand the HPD-20 with optional Roland drum pads and hi-hat control pedals for an ultra-lightweight percussion kit.
