Moreover, the elevators in Hong Kong are very thin, and goods cannot enter the elevator. Therefore, we need to redesign, modularize this product, and make additional models, so that each accessory can be successfully entered into the elevators in Hong Kong.

Ventilation problems in soundproof rooms

Well, after solving the transportation problem, the next step is the most difficult technical problem. There are three problems in the soundproof cabins on the market:

1. Using a small fan, the carbon dioxide content in the room is seriously exceeded:

This is the method that most soundproof room factories will use.

Actually this kindwindThe fan is the same kind that our computers use to dissipate heat.

As everyone can imagine, even the box of the main computer is less than half a square foot.

It can't dissipate too much heat, let alone such a large soundproof box.

Note: 1000ppm is the international standard, I can hardly breathe after sitting for 5 minutes, stop the test

2. Use a large exhaust fan with a large air inlet, and the sound insulation is less than 20 dB;

Some soundproof cabins are directly equipped with large exhaust fans. This does not require data, but it can be imagined with common sense that opening a hole larger than a basketball in a soundproof room has lost the meaning of soundproofing.

 3. Use a powerful fan, the wind noise and motor sound are very loud.

Some factories use powerful exhaust fans and open a small hole for ventilation.

Although the problem of fresh air and sound insulation has been solved, another problem has arisen, which is the very noisy motor sound, the noise is as high as more than 60 decibels, just like being in a factory.

The core problem of mobile soundproof room

We have visited almost all domestic factories that manufacture this product, and none of them can solve this problem at the same time.

Therefore, the core problem is ventilation. It can be ventilated, but not soundproof. If the fan is too big, the wind noise will be very loud.

The core question is,We want to create a ventilation system that can be sound-proof, fresh enough, and quiet.

Soundproofing process

In order to solve this problem, we conducted research from various angles.

Fortunately, two generations of the store manager's family are engineers working for the developer, and only the store manager comes out to make music.

The second brother is the ventilation consultant of New World Development and provided valuable advice.

Later, because of the recommendation of an engineering friend,I went to Shanghai Tesla's super factory to test the soundproof room with reference to their parts, and learned from them their manufacturing process and materials used.

With the help of these recommendations, we carried out extensive testing and experimentation to determine the optimum soundproof cabin design and ventilation system.

On-site measurement

go through18months of research,40After many tests, we can finally do it, the carbon dioxide content is less than1000ppm, less wind noise than30dB, and the sound insulation exceeds30dB

How the system is designed, I won’t say much, just look at the results:

Legislative standards for soundproof cabins

Is it necessary to achieve 700ppm? In fact, not necessarily, even if the brain is hypoxic below 2000ppm, there will be no immediate danger to life, and there is no clear regulation on this emerging product.
