2. Competition qualifications.

3. How to participate.

(D) If the contestant is a band:

4. Restrictions on entries.
(A) Participating in this competition means that the contestant (if it is a band, the band leader represents himself and other members of the band; and if the contestant is a minor in the jurisdiction where he resides, his parents or The legal guardian) agrees to these official rules and all judges' rulings, which are final and binding in all aspects and cannot be appealed.
(B) Each song submitted must not exceed five (5) minutes in length. The submitted music repertoire must be original and performed by the contestant. It is not allowed to submit cover versions of any music or songs.
(C) The film should only show you (or the band leader and other band members if the contestant is a band) performing an original song. If the song is not a Chinese song, it must be accompanied by subtitles.
(D) Songs and videos must meet all technical specifications listed on the competition website. Although the solo artist/band leader should try their best to achieve the best sound quality of the song, it is clearly reminded that the solo artist/band leader should not rely too much on equalization ("EQ") and/or compression when making songs.
(E) Entries must be received before the end of the submission period; all parts of the entries must be submitted at the same time. The entries are not allowed to be submitted in separate sections or separately.
(F) Each solo artist/band can only have at most one (1) entry (including mandatory main songs, optional secondary songs and optional performance videos). (J) If solo artists/band leaders use mobile devices to submit their entries, standard message and data fees and/or wireless internet fees may be charged. 5. Restrictions on other entries-content
If the sponsor’s sole discretion determines that the song and/or any accompanying materials (including but not limited to the film) do not fully meet the following requirements (if applicable), the entry will be declared invalid and will not be accepted:
(A) Contains materials that may infringe on others' trademarks or copyrights or other intellectual property rights;
(B) Contains a name or nickname or a symbol or image associated with another person (living or deceased), unless the person has consented to it ‡;

6. Grant rights in entries
In exchange for the opportunity to participate in the competition, as a valid and valuable consideration (hereby confirm receipt of the consideration and its sufficiency):

7. Determine the finalists and winners
(1) Preliminary judging:

8. Prizes.

13. Dispute resolution/choice of law.

If the foregoing or any other provisions of these official rules are ruled by a court of jurisdiction as invalid, illegal or unenforceable, they shall be replaced by effective, legal and enforceable alternative provisions that are closest to the original intention of the sponsor.
