3. How to participate.

4. Restrictions on entries.

(D) Songs and videos must meet all technical specifications listed on the competition website. (E) Entries must be received before the end of the submission period; all parts of the entries must be submitted at the same time. The entries are not allowed to be submitted in separate sections or separately.

6. Grant rights in entries

In exchange for the opportunity to participate in the competition, as a valid and valuable consideration (hereby confirm receipt of the consideration and its sufficiency):

7. Determine the finalists and winners

8. Prizes.

13. Dispute resolution/choice of law.

If the foregoing or any other provisions of these official rules are ruled by a court of jurisdiction as invalid, illegal or unenforceable, they shall be replaced by effective, legal and enforceable alternative provisions that are closest to the original intention of the sponsor.
