Ukulele Course Introduction
The ukulele, a Hawaiian stringed instrument, belongs to the guitar family, typically with 4 strings. It is easy to learn and has gained popularity in recent years.
The ukulele is known for being easy to learn, making it ideal for beginners to quickly get started and enjoy music.

Upon completing the course, students can play exam pieces and apply learned techniques to other songs.



One-on-One Ukulele Course Syllabus (Aligned with ABRSM Requirements)
This course is designed for beginners, aligned with ABRSM beginner requirements (Debut/Grade 1), covering the following topics:
- Music Fundamentals and Theory: Understanding staff notation, chord charts, and rhythm
- Scales and Arpeggios: Practicing C, G, D major scales (one octave)
- Basic Fingering Techniques: Learning basic chords and fingering
- Sight-Reading: Practicing simple melodies
- Playing Techniques: Strumming, fingerpicking, and dynamics control
- Aural Training: Basic pitch and rhythm recognition
- Repertoire Preparation: Learning ABRSM Grade 1 level simple pieces
- Performance Techniques: Combining simple chords and melodies, enhancing sing-and-play skills
