The Control 31 features a 250 mm (10 in) fiberglass cone low-frequency driver with a 52 mm (2 in) voice coil and a high-output 2414H-C compression driver with a 25 mm (1 in) outlet, patented design, and high-temperature polymer diaphragm. It handles 250 W (1000 W peak) for 2 hours and 200 W (800 W peak) for 100 hours. A built-in 150 W transformer with 8Ω bypass is available for 70V or 100V distribution lines. It offers a wide, remarkably smooth frequency response. Highly outdoor-capable, it includes a WeatherMax™ multi-layer grille and an optional marine-grade grille for use in salt air environments. It provides 110° x 110° symmetrical coverage. InvisiBall® mounting hardware and ten 6 mm attachment points for hanging and an optional U-bracket are included. A sealed input panel cover and screw input terminals ensure a secure connection. Rounded edges reduce the risk of scratches.
